The Challenge

Our client in the manufacturing space has marketing and sales teams well aligned for client engagement and proposal creation. However, they are limited by the manual, repetitive work of personalizing content for each client and their respective business units. Sales, supported by Axiolo’s designers, could spend two to four hours producing customized prequalification packages for each new prospect, often under time constraints and accelerated deadlines. Each package was unique, and the client CMO identified a consistent pattern in the proposal structures, uncovering an ideal opportunity for automation that hadn’t yet been scoped or engineered. At the same time, customer training materials existed as static slide decks. They replaced frequent calls but lacked insight, leaving our client’s marketing team unable to see who viewed them, how often, or whether they were actually effective.

We engineered a custom web application that automated the creation of prequalification packages.
Now, instead of requesting design support and waiting hours, the sales team logs into a secure portal, enters a few details, and generates a branded, personalized PDF in seconds.

Key features:

  • Built with Docker, Python, Django, WeasyPrint, and TailwindCSS
  • Integrated directly with HubSpot via API to log activity, update lifecycle stages, and send documents automatically
  • Delivers consistent brand presentation without requiring designer intervention
